Strategic PLanning
The Town of Middletown Comprehensive Plan is a long-range guide for the community’s future growth and development over the next 20 years. It helps shape decisions about land use, housing, transportation, parks, public services, economic development, and other important community needs. The Plan is reviewed and updated periodically to reflect changing conditions, community input, and the Town’s goals for the future.
The Capital Improvements Plan (CIP) is a tool used to help plan for major Town projects and infrastructure improvements. It includes a prioritized list of projects such as streets, utilities, parks, and public facilities, and helps guide future budgeting and long-term planning efforts.
