Middletown’s Comprehensive Plan outlines the Town’s future vision and goals over a 20-year period. The plan is reviewed and amended every several years to ensure that it is updated with the most current conditions and needs.

The Capital Improvements Plan contains a prioritized list of future expansion projects that the Town will likely undertake and is used as an assisting tool for the creation of the yearly budget.
